Can't Login to Bitbucket from SourceTree

I have a strange problem with sourcetree. When I try to login to BitBucket from sourcetree, I get an error saying "Login failed for your Bitbucket account. The remote service said: 'An error occurred while parsing EntityName. Line 60, position 23.' I am not sure why this is happening - I know that my username and password works correctly on the website. Please help?

Hi Jacob, 

Maybe you have some especial character into your username/password that is causing this issue. However, since this involves some investigation, please raise a ticket with Bitbucket Support.
