Bamboo Tomcat 8 Deployment

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Using Tomcat with Bamboo for continuous deployment

According to this article, Bamboo supports Tomcat deployments for Tomcat 6 and 7. Anyone know if it supports 8?
