SourceTree wants a SSH key EVERY time I start it

So I've got a pretty annoying problem with SourceTree. Every time I start it, it forgets the SSH keys I've added to the pageant key list. I ALWAYS have to add it. This is getting really annoying. Why does this happen and is there a fix for it?

No, I'm not using it for anything else, only SourceTree.

Are you using pageant for anything else? Is it losing any other keys for any other apps?
