Cannot enter anything in the form below. Not responding to any keyboard action in the form. Went to the web site, login and got the lisc. But still cannot launch it because it needs the login. How to I skip this step or resolve this?

You cannot skip the step.
The installation dialog uses IE. Can you connect to my.atlassian.com using IE?
What version of Windows are you using?
Yes I can open my.atlassian.com in IE. It automatically redirects me to the product page and shows my lisc on the page. Windows 7.
