Is it possible to label a build from a deployment plan

Hi,

When a build is deployed to a System Test environment, we would like to label the build that is being deployed "st" which we have configured to prevent the build results and artifacts from being expired?

Or perhaps even better, it is possible to keep builds that are currently deployed to any environment.
