Is there a way to get a list of my unread comments across all reviews to navigate through quickly / easily?

There is no way to do exactly this just yet, however the dashboard will list all reviews that you need doing and then clicking through to a review, you can easily navigate only unread comments using the "[" and "]" keys.
We definitely want to make the Review Inbox on the dashboard contain more TODO items in the future such as unread comments etc, so thanks for the feedback that you'd like this.
