Fisheye documentation terminology

Question

I need some help in understanding Fisheye upgrade instructions. The documentations says: 1. Shut down your existing FishEye/Crucible server, using bin\stop.bat or bin\stop.sh from the . ... ... 6. Start FishEye/Crucible from the new installation directory by running bin/run.sh. (Use run.bat on Windows.) So one needs to stop Fisheye using a script in and start Fisheye using a script in new installation directory. I think the new installation directory will also be a new . Is that right? It would be great if this documentauon gets revised with consistent terminolgy for home and installation directories.

Apologies for the confusion, basically documentation tries to distinguish home (aka installation) directory from the data (aka instance) directory.   Technically it is right, but I can see how installation directory can be confused with the instance directory.  I will ask my colleagues to ensure the documentation page is unambiguous.
