Bamboo artifact publishing never ends: I/O Exception caught when processing request: broken pipe

Whenever I attempt to publish a produced artifact from my bamboo agent (OSX Yosemite) to the bamboo server (version 5.6.0 build 4409) for deployment, the task never finishes.  

If I check the agent log I get to see: 
[DefaultHttpClient] I/O Exception (java.net.SocketException) caught when processing request: Broken pipe.
[DefaultHttpClient] Retrying request
 

If I disable the production of the artifact, the build plan completes succesfully, as this task is the last step.
The bamboo server is up & running. The agent's internet connection is working fine.
All other shared artifacts between my jobs are working correctly.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Thank you for your question.

Broken pipe, that could be due to a client disconnect.

There are several reasons for that, such as: timeout, internet connection/network broken, server refused to accept request because of load etc.

I would kindly ask you to review Troubleshooting Remote Agents documentation. In there, you will have information on how to enable debug in Bamboo Server and Agents.
