Can't find my issues.

Question

I have three issues open with you right now BBS-1141, BBS-1189, and BBS-1191.  I can't see any of these when I log into support.atlassian.com.

Am I doing something wrong?  Shouldn't they just be on the list?

Did you login with the correct username?
All 3 issues are created by the username "michael@b..b..k.com" (I'm not posting the full name).
