Opening sourcetree and staging some files sends the git cpu usage through the roof for a couple of minutes. Seems like a bug.

Hi Are you able to tie the spike to a particular action in SourceTree?
Please create a bug report about this at http://jira.atlassian.com (add as much detail as possible to reproduce the issue) and post the link here in a comment.
Have had this happening to me multiple times en the last week or two but can't reproduce it right now. I'm fairly certain all previous spikes happened when staging and/or committing file changes to remote repo. Will report back if/when it happens again.
