How to get git code commit message in bamboo

Is there a way to read the commit message from the build.

'Build result summary' section will show a details of 'Code commits' like Author, commit, message and commit date.

I want to trigger a job by reading a git commit message without actually switching the branch but by reading the Code commits Message. Is it possible to do so?
