Hi, For Automation I tried installing Source Tree in Windows 8.1 the issue was I was not able to clone is this common? Then I used the alternative Smart Git will that be helpful as Source Tree has issues? Please provide any solution to make it work.T

Saying that you are not able to clone with SourceTree (on which is a very basic feature) is not enough to say it's an issue with automation. How are you doing it? Can you please provide your use case here? For automation , I will use a more command line oriented tool (like git bash), not a thick UI client like SourceTree.
