Is is possible to quickly and easily search only the contents of files under review?
Yes - Check the review coverage report
Yes. Open the review in question, then enter your search query in the box at the top right that says has the magnifying glass and should say "search".
I have tried this, but it looks like only the comments are searched, I would like to search the diffs and the code under review as well. What am I missing?
