New to Source tree I need to know what all the menu do, some are self explaining but other are not strait forward and there is no help describing the functionality
There is no such document, unfortunately.
If you understand Git, then 90% of the functions are self explanatory: https://git-scm.com/book
If you do understand Git and don't understand a function in SourceTree, search for and/or ask specific questions here.
