Bamboo Startup Will Always Alter Tables of Database 20-30 minutes

Running Bamboo 5.7.0 (I'm aware this is older)

Every time I have to restart the Bamboo instance, I spend anywhere from 20-30 minutes watching the catalina.out file show ALTER TABLE statements.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
