I am trying to reactivate my Free site

Hi Atlassian Team, I am trying to reactivate my Free site: legacyscoredesign. I cant post the url because of the community rules! It was deactivated due to inactivity, but I am unable to submit a support ticket because the contact form rejects the URL under all categories (including General Inquiry and Other). Could a staff member please help me open a case to have this site restored?" Its urgent as we are starting development again and we didnt know it would expire.

Please make sure your inactive site is still in the grace period, as stated in the Atlassian docs https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription :

Your app’s data is retained for 15 days (for free subscriptions) or 60 days (for paid subscriptions) after deactivation. If you reactive your subscription within this data retention period, your app's data and preferences will be restored.
At the end of the data retention period, your app’s data will be permanently deleted and can’t be recovered. Read our Data Storage FAQs for more information.

If you are still within the period, contact Billing Support to reactivate it https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

I have a number of free accounts but when type in the URLs none work even if active.

Hi @Andrew Cuthbert,

Try submitting the form through these steps:

Open the https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/ page in an Incognito / Private window.
Select Continue without logging in.
Choose Your account > Reactivate subscription.
Type in your inquiry details and submit.

The site URL field on that form is optional, so you can leave it blank if it throws an error when entering your URL.
