Hi @BusyBeeSpoonie ,

Your screenshots show mobile push notification settings, not email preferences.

To manage email notifications, open Trello Account Settings in your browser.

There, you can choose how often you’d like to receive emails (Instantly, Periodically, or Never) and turn off any notification categories you don’t need.

I had the same confusion — the Notification Settings screen in the app only controls push notifications, so email is not in there at all. What worked for me was opening Trello in a browser instead of the app, tapping my avatar, then Settings, and the email frequency was there. I set mine to Periodically after getting flooded with instant emails, and that finally quietened things down.
