This is a user community for users of the Atlassian products (https://atlassian.com). This forum/community doesn't typically send emails out except to people who have signed up to join the community and elect to receive emails from it.
Are you a user of Atlassian products (i.e. Jira, Confluence, Trello, Bitbucket, Loom…)?
Can you clarify what you mean by how this site got your email? Did you receive some email that claims to be from Atlassian? Are you comfortable sharing the content of that email here, obscuring confidential and personal information?
What you received could be a legitimate advertisement from Atlassian, or it could be a scam. Without knowing the content it is difficult to hypothesize on the legitimacy.
As for how the sender could've gotten your email, many businesses and websites that collect your email address also share that email address with other businesses or make it available to organizations whose entire business is selling lists of email addresses to companies that want to advertise their products. Or a person could've entered your email address either intentionally or accidentally in some form rather than entering their own email address.
