Hi @erum s ,

Just to add to what Matthew mentioned, there's one more requirement worth checking: at least one Organization Admin needs to use a verified business email domain (e.g., name@yourcompany.com).

Rovo cannot be enabled for organizations registered with public email domains such as gmail.com or outlook.com.

Org Admin is the only one who can enable it.
