"Allow Opsgenie to set ringtone volume" no longer works after upgrading to One UI 9 on Samsng phone

Hello,

I cannot get Opsgenie to change the volume when an Alert is triggered.

I always have my phone on silent (not DnD) because my messages are displayed on my watch. But Opsgenie used to still use the notification sound when an Alert was triggered due to the "Allow Opsgenie to set ringtone volume" option being active.

After the update I cannot get Opsgenie to make any sound when my watch is on silent…

The "Allow Opsgenie to set ringtone volume" option does nothing and even makes it that there is no sound at al, even when the phone is not on silent?

The permissions look good.

How do I fix this?

Thank you for helping me then.

It's really strange how there is no real support on something that's making the app mostly unusable.

And stating it's fixed when it's not doesn't give a lot of confidence to it getting fixed soon.

I recommend that you comment directly in the JAC ticket.

In the comments of that issue it states the issue should be fixed in Opsgenie Android v3.12.0.

Which is the version I have. And it's not fixed.
