I have somo ROVO agents being used to create jira issues.
From a few days back I can see that my agents are not able to create the items I request. I can see that the proper tools are being called like the "create work item" or "create jira issue …" but on top of it I can see a please review action. When I approve it, it just start a loop of "please review" and it never create what I'm asking
I need to say that none of the owners made any change in the agents and this is happening for any ROVO agent creation (stories, bugs, etc etc), while plain ROVO, with no agent on top can handle the situation
