Missing Board

Question

I have a Trello account and all boards display on my mobile, but one board is missing from my laptop. Can anyone tell me how I get the board on my moible to display on my laptop? Both accounts have the same email.

I ran into this exact mobile-versus-laptop gap once, and opening the board link from my phone on the laptop was what sorted it for me. Once I had it open there I starred it straight away, and it has stayed in my sidebar ever since instead of slipping back down into that bottom section.

Hi Ken Weatherford, welcome to the Community! The quickest way to see what's going on is to open that board on your phone, copy its link from the board's share option, and open that link on your laptop. What happens next tells you which case you're in:

* The board opens. You have access, it just isn't showing in your list. Boards from workspaces where you're only a guest appear in a separate Guest Workspaces section at the bottom of the boards page, so check there. Once you find it, star it so it stays in your sidebar.
* You get "Board not found". Then the laptop is signed in to a different Trello account than your phone. Compare the username in your profile on both devices, and if they don't match, log out on the laptop and log back in with the account you use on mobile.

If neither applies, it's worth checking whether the board was closed. The closed boards list is at the bottom of your boards page on the laptop.
