Suddenly unable to login to web portal using SSO

The opsgenie app on the phone works, but the web portal is not authenticating using SSO. Anyone else facing an issue ?

there is no error. it just keeps reloading the login prompt page.

Just to clarify, Opsgenie is supported through April 5, 2027, so this may not be related to the shutdown.
Could you let us know whether your company uses Atlassian SSO or Opsgenie's own SSO configuration? Your admin may be able to check the identity provider's sign-in logs for any authentication errors.

Have you tried logging in through an incognito window or another browser? On the first hand that may be session problem.

Atlassians SSO. I am able to see that app in the list of atlassian apps, but when i click on it , it takes me to the login prompt. doesnt automatically log me in. even if i try logging in with my email id , it just reloads the login page without any errors.

Landing on the Opsgenie login prompt instead of an automatic sign-in is a known gap with Atlassian SSO, so I doubt it's something on your side:

That ticket says the email step should then pass straight through to Opsgenie. Yours reloads instead. So the ticket explains the prompt, not the loop.

First I'd try getting in from an existing Atlassian session: start.atlassian.com, the app switcher, or the site's atlassian-app.opsgenie.com address opened while you're signed in.

If it still loops, I'd ask an admin to confirm the site really uses Atlassian login and not the older Opsgenie SAML setup. Under that older setup, the email the identity provider sends as the Name ID should be the same as the Opsgenie username. I'd compare case and aliases too:

I haven't reproduced the reload myself. The sign-in logs Arek mentioned are still the best evidence.
