How do I cancel my account? Website is very confusing and not helpful.

Do you want to cancel a paid Trello subscription or delete your account entirely?

• Cancel your subscription: Open your Workspace → Billing → Cancel at the bottom of the page. You’ll need to be a Workspace admin. See Change or cancel your Trello plan.
• Delete your account: Follow Delete your Atlassian account. Please review the implications, as this also affects access to other Atlassian services using that account.

If your goal is to stop being charged, cancel the subscription first—deleting your account doesn’t necessarily cancel a shared Workspace’s paid plan.

Btw, if you’re unable to cancel the subscription yourself, you can raise a request with Atlassian’s Billing & Licensing Support. Select Your Account → Cancel cloud subscription, then Need more help? if prompted. 🎟️
