No account recovery email received after 24hrs

Question

I requested for a account recovery email for bitbucket account. I then received an email on Mon 26 Oct, 11:55 stating to wait 24hrs for the actual recovery link to be sent. However, it is now Oct 27 past 11:55 and there is still no email in my inbox. Please assist in the email

Please check your spam folder.

If the recovery email is still missing, contact Atlassian Support under Your Account → Log-in issues to check whether it was sent or your address is suppressed.
