Locked out - please help

The email that I created my account with was an enterprise Gmail. I forgot to change my email address before the company email was deleted. So I can’t access the email to receive recovery link. Is there any other way to confirm my account to have access?

Unfortunately, this is a tricky situation, as Trello has strict account recovery policies for security reasons.

A couple of things worth checking:

• Are you still logged in somewhere? If you can access your account, you may be able to update your email address through your Atlassian account settings.
• Can you contact your former company's IT administrator? They might be able to temporarily restore access to your old email address so you can receive the recovery link. 👈 (This is the recommended way)
• Was your account managed by your organization? If so, your former Atlassian organization administrator might be able to help with the email change.

You can also try reaching out to Atlassian Support through their Pricing, Billing & Licensing Support portal. Select Your account → Log in issues, then follow the steps to submit a support request (you might need to click Need more help? to proceed). 🎟️

While there's no guarantee they'll be able to recover the account, it's worth checking with them.
