Trello Web recent update broke Bullet and Number List in Cards:

+ I just logged onto Trello today to see that all of my carefully formatted numbered lists and bullet points disappeared from all cards. Restarting the web browser doesn't do anything, nor does clearing the cache.

Has anyone experienced anything similar, or are there any support staff who can help with it?

I would try Arek's incognito test first, since that rules out an extension messing with the editor in one shot. What I would also check is the same card on the mobile app, because if the lists still show there, your content is intact and it is the web editor rendering that is at fault rather than the cards themselves. The text sliding right off the screen when you apply a list really does look like a rendering bug to me, not something a cache clear would fix. If it still happens in incognito, I would send it in through the bug report Carlos linked, with the note that you can recreate it every time.
