Forced Trello Pop Up Loop "New ways to capture and create in trello"

Question

I cannot remove this pop up, i press dismiss and it comes back up. I press view updates, click everything and it wont go away. Please help me.

This popup is a promotional announcement banner ("New ways to capture and create in Trello"). When clicking Dismiss or View updates fails to clear it, it is usually because your browser is blocking Trello from saving the dismissal state to localStorage or cookies, or the local site cache has become corrupted.

Temporarily Hide via Inspect Element

If you just want it out of your way immediately for your current session:

Right-click the popup and choose Inspect.

Press Delete on the highlighted HTML element in the Elements panel.

Clear Trello’s Site Data & Cache

Corrupted local storage often prevents the "dismissed" flag from persisting:

While on your Trello board, press F12 (or Ctrl + Shift + I / Cmd + Option + I) to open Developer Tools.

Go to the Application (or Storage) tab.

In the left sidebar, click Storage (or find Clear storage).

Click Clear site data.

Refresh the page and log back in, then click Dismiss once more.
