Locked out of account

Question

Hi

I lost my phone and do not have 2FA recovery code for another account same domain

I have sent requests (multiple) to try to recover that account

I have not received a link to recover the account.

The repos are https://bitbucket.org/MuddyGames/

This is a new account on the same domain name so I could post the request

Thanks in advance

Hello @Phil Bourke

Atlassian's recovery process sends two emails. The first, titled "Steps to recover your Atlassian account," doesn't include a recovery link. The second arrives about 24 hours later and includes a one-time link.

Have you received the first email? Also check your spam folder and any mail filters.

If nothing arrives after 24 hours, contact Atlassian Support.

More details: Atlassian's official recovery guide.

Best,

Hi @Phil Bourke

Based on that this is an Atlassian account, it's just to reach out to your instance admin to look at your account to reset your MFA.

Or reach out to your companies IT department, if this is a company instance.

Or raise an issue via
