We've added new AI agents to the Bitbucket Tests tab that take care of routine test maintenance for you:
- Test Optimizer - makes a test better without changing what it checks.
- Test Cleanup - safely removes a test from codebase you no longer need.
- Fix Flaky Test (now improved) - fixes tests that pass and fail at random, and it's smarter than before at finding the real cause.
Each agent proposes its changes as a draft pull request, so you review before anything merges.
To use them, an admin enables the corresponding system agents in Agentic Pipelines under Workspace settings. They then appear in the Tests tab.
