We’re excited to announce that asset data is available in data shares for Atlassian Cloud Enterprise customers, with the rollout progressing throughout October 2026.
Want to understand your Assets and the work items they link to in Jira and JSM? With Asset data in data shares, you can now explore these connections and put them to work.
The new schema released is Asset.
How can I start using this data?
You can create a new data share or update your existing data shares to make this data available.
- Go to the Analytics App and select Data shares in the left menu
- Click on the data share you wish to edit
- Select the tab Data selection and click on Edit selection
- Click on Assets
- Save your changes with Save selection
I can’t see this option in data shares?
We are rolling out this new data set through October 2026. Your organisation will likely receive them later in that period.
