If you start a Premium trial on a Standard Workspace, your Workspace will automatically upgrade to a Premium Workspace at the end of the trial. You can cancel the upgrade from your Workspace’s billing page.
You’ll need to be a Workspace administrator to cancel your Trello Premium or Standard Workspace plan. Follow the steps under Cancel a Workspace’s plan.

One detail to add to Brant's answer, With centralized billing, you can end the trial immediately by going to Workspace → Billing → Change plan → Free.

If no payment method is linked, the trial will automatically downgrade to the Free plan at the end of the period with no charges.
