Unable to delete or leave Trello board "PEDIDU - PENDENTE" – Original admin deleted their account

Hello Atlassian Community,

I'm experiencing an issue with a Trello board named "PEDIDU - PENDENTE" that I can no longer delete or leave.

Here's the situation:

• I was originally invited to the board by another user.
• The original creator/administrator appears to have deleted their Trello account.
• I'm currently the only remaining member of the board.
• My role is listed as "Member" and "Workspace Guest", not "Admin".
• The option to close or delete the board is not available.
• I also cannot leave the board.

What I've already tried:

1. Checking the board menu for the "Close board" option.
2. Checking my permissions in the board sharing settings.
3. Attempting to leave the board.
4. Looking for alternative ways to remove the board.

Unfortunately, none of these methods worked.

I've seen similar cases in the Atlassian Community where the Atlassian team was able to assist.

Could someone from the Atlassian team please help me remove the board "PEDIDU - PENDENTE" from my account or permanently delete it?

I can provide the board URL privately if necessary.

@Jonathan Silva I would suggest submitting a support ticket to Trello support here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/ They will be able to help you get your account removed. Usually you only get blocked from leaving if you are the last remaining admin. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/leaving-a-board-in-trello/ There are cases where you could be the last remaining member like you stated and will need Trello support to help you out.
