Subject: Request to deactivate and delete my Loom account

Dear Loom Support Team,

I would like to request that my Loom account be deactivated and permanently deleted.

Account details:
- Name: Anuka Gazara
- Email address on the account: anuka@wwt.earth

Please also cancel any active subscription and confirm that no further charges will be made to my card.

I understand that deleting the account will remove all of my videos, transcripts and associated data. If there is anything you need from me to verify my identity or complete this request, please let me know.

I would be grateful if you could confirm by email once the account has been deactivated.

For assistance with cancelling your Loom subscription and ensuring there are no further charges, I'd recommend contacting Atlassian Billing Support directly.

You can select Your Account → Cancel cloud subscription to submit a support request. 🎟️

For the account deletion itself, you can also refer to the official documentation: Delete your Loom account. Please note that an active paid subscription generally needs to be cancelled before the account can be deleted.
