Can't access Trello account after clearing Chrome browsing data

Since clearing my browsing data in Chrome (to try and solve a different problem) I cannot log into my Trello account and view my boards. When I click on the link that I had saved, I get a response telling me I don't have access to the board, and if I get permission from the board owner I'll be able to view it. However, no such email arrives in any of my inboxes and I have no other email accounts.

Can anyone help?

Select Your Account > Log in issues and fill out the form below (click "Need more help?") if it doesn't show up immediately.

Btw, have you tried using a different browser or incognito mode/window to check if you'll be able to log in there? 👀 If you were able to access those boards before, it's hardly a permissions issue but rather (using) a different account or something in that direction 🤔

Clearing Chrome's browsing data won't delete your Trello boards. 🙂

Try signing in directly at https://trello.com/login using your original login method (Google or email), then open https://trello.com/boards . Do your boards appear there, or are you still getting the permission error?

Also, Incognito Window advice from Tomislav can do their job. That looks suspicious to me, like an account mismatch.

Thanks for replying. My boards do not appear there. It seems as though a new account has been created from what (I thought) were my login details, however I'm definitely using the email address related to the boards since it's where emails from Trello have arrived in the past. When I hit the short cut I'd saved for my board it tells me I don't have access to the board. I've tried incognito windows and different browsers.

@Frances Metcalfe Have you tried reaching out to Atlassian Billing & Licensing Support as pointed out above? 🎟️ They can check the boards and see which account has permissions to access them and whether there are 'duplicate' accounts tied to your profile
