🥳🥳🌟

We already used Slides to present implementations or new features to our clients. These ended up quite nice, although we had to point out that the deck was actually presented in the new Confluence Slides feature 😅

Business-aside, I'm probably going to make Slides and present our next family trip with that 😂

Anwesha Pan

Love that idea Tobi 💡

Anwesha Pan

Confluence Slides Star it is! 🤩✨

Have not used it yet as we have permission issue at my org but for personal use I will be stealing Tobi's @Tomislav Tobijas idea of making slide for family trip since I had been doing it as a MS PPT or excel until now. 😉

@Anwesha Pan would love to see the outcome on that 😄 We'll have to share notes once we build our slides 😂

Haven't taken the quiz yet, but the doc-to-deck flow is honestly what sold me on Slides — I turned a messy project status page into a presentable deck for a client review last week in maybe ten minutes. The myth-vs-fact format is a fun idea though, might finally learn what it can't do. Planning to use it for our next sprint review instead of rebuilding slides from scratch.

Planning and using it mostly with customers.

Confluence Slides sounds like a useful way to turn documents into presentations quickly. I like the idea of testing practical skills through a quiz. Looking forward to exploring the tips and improving my presentation workflow!

Total mastery! You know Confluence Slides inside and out, from automated deck generation to seamless team collaboration.

💡 Practical Tip: You can present your decks directly within your workspace using Confluence's built-in, full-screen presentation mode — no exporting to third-party tools, converting to PDFs, or managing separate file versions required. You can run live demos, standups, and stakeholder reviews right from the single source of truth in Confluence. You’re ready to champion Confluence Slides across your team!

I'm using Confluence Slides to present how-to tips & tricks and best practices for use of Rovo and AI as well as other hands-on practices.

I'm a Confluence Slides Star ⭐️

Confluence slides save me so much time when a Confluence page isn't polished enough to show in a meeting but I don't have time to design a deck from scratch! The added benefit is its easy to share and collaborate with my team on Confluence slides too. 🙌 My wish is that soon we'll be able to customise the colours to match our company branding, and if it could also support company fonts, logos and branding imagery too so decks feel on-brand that would be dreamy! 😌🌙

Absolutely Tobi 😂🙌

Amazing! 👌👍🎢

Nailed it! :)

Wonderful idea! I love confluence slides!

Hi @Mindy Park

It looks like my badge hasn't come through yet, could you please take a look?

Martin Runge

Nice Quiz. i gonna use it tomorrow at the Leipzig ACE event to present.

Viswanathan Ramachandran

Haha, I did it too.

I have used slides for my personal site. It is development learning plan. The slides are great and a useful feature, instead of creating in a traditional powerpoint and then attaching, creating here directly makes it easier and saves time.

I am eagerly awaiting some improved Usability when it comes to edit the AI generated slides manually. I'd love to see some better spacing (currently text is tiny) and more CI aligned design options.

Really helpful for impromptu internal presentations already though!

As a PowerPoint maniac since my university days (and that was quite a while ago 😅), I'm loving where Confluence slides is heading, but I still miss a lot of features. Top of my wishlist: real placeholders in template slides!

Ivan Monma

What I find most interesting about Confluence Slides is the possibility of keeping documentation and presentations in the same place, without having to maintain separate versions.

I can see a lot of potential for project updates and team collaboration.

Thanks for the quiz and the practical tips!

Hi @Mindy Park,

Confluence Slides Star here, 3 out of 3 on the first try today

After the quiz I made a real deck on a test site from an existing page, via Remix page > Slides. Rovo had 12 slides ready in a minute or two.

One section came back as "empty" although it held five smart links, so Rovo put placeholder cards there. A follow-up prompt fixed that slide with the real names.

It's only a private preview until you hit Add to Confluence, then it sits in the page tree under the source page. Present mode worked fine. The title slide came out as "Training / MARKET", so that one's a manual rename.

Rinjini Poddar

I haven’t tried Confluence Slides yet, but my tip would be to write a clear prompt that specifies the audience, slide structure, tone, and visual style. I’m excited to see how Rovo can turn existing Confluence content into a presentation without having to build every slide from scratch!

I have made a few different types of slides per week. It replace my need for PPT or other Slides as Confluence and Teamwork Graph have my context. So it easier. The only one thing that been hard for me is to get it to use our branding. But over all its been great for presenting to customers and team members.

Always a fan of Bite-Sized Learning! 🙌

When it comes to representing ideas, a slide deck is always better than a doc. Especially when it's all happening in Confluence.
