Hello, we successfully integrated Trello and Pipedrive, but it doesn't work with the mobile apps. We are wondering if this will be fixed in the near future? Please don't tell me to ask Pipedrive, I already did and they told me to ask Trello. Thanks.
It may help to open a support ticket and ensuring you add the pipedrive support tech's email so they can participate in the conversation.
We've had to do that a couple of times with our vendors in the past - its not fun - but at least it gets them in the same room.
(It's also fun to watch them go at it - bring popcorn!)

Unfortunately, Trello's mobile app doesn't support third-party Power-Ups like Pipedrive.
Atlassian is tracking this under TRELLO-264 (Gathering Interest), but there's no confirmed ETA.
For now, you could try using Trello through your phone's browser.
