Trello cards missing their content intermittently on mobile

We are having an issue with a few people using the mobile app. The content of the Trello cards is missing, although it is actually there and has been entered from a laptop. Sometimes it appears after having the app open for about 10 mins, other times it still never shows up.

Since the content exists and shows up after a delay, this looks like a sync or loading issue on the app side, not data loss. Try this in order:

1. Check trello.status.atlassian.com for active incidents.
2. Update the app, then log out and back in on the affected devices.
3. Reinstall the app if it persists.
4. Open the same cards in the mobile browser. If they load there, the problem is isolated to the app.

If it still happens, contact Trello Support with the app version, OS, and the affected boards. If you can open the app’s Account → Diagnostic Reports, attach the latest report, since it speeds up the investigation.

It would also help to know whether it affects specific boards or cards (for example, ones with many attachments, custom fields, or mirror cards), and which OS and app version the affected people use.
