Delete Account

Question

Hi, i want to delete my account but i always get this message:

"User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more non-cancelled subscriptions."

I deleted and deactivated everything i could, but it doesnt work.

Can someone help me?

I just want to delete everything :(

Contact Atlassian Billing Support directly.

Go to

https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact

→ Pricing, billing and licensing → Continue without logging in → Other.

Explain that account deletion is still blocked by a billing-admin restriction despite cancelling your subscriptions.

Some apps are "Sticky" and literally need involve Support.
