My board isn't showing up on the App

Question

Was trying to look at my "To Do" board on the app, and it said something like I couldn't' view it, and make sure I had permission to view it, and now my board isn't showing up on the app at all, it just disappeared.  I can still see it via the website.

Any ideas?  Thanks so much!  I did update the app,  and I'm at a bit of a loss.

Just to confirm — are we talking about a mobile (if so, which) or Mac app here?

As Anwesha said, can you try accessing Trello through the web to see if the board is visible there (especially if you have a direct link to it)? It's the most stable platform where you can check if there are any potential permission issues. 👀

It might be cache issue. You could try the below troubleshooting steps to resolve it:

Step 1: Force a sync & clear Board cache

* Open the Trello app.
* Press Cmd + R (on macOS) or Ctrl + R (on Windows) to reload the view.
* If on desktop, press Cmd + Option + I (macOS) or Ctrl + Shift + I (Windows) to open Developer Tools, go to the Application or Storage tab, and clear storage/cookies if available.

Step 2: Log out and log back in to reauthenticate your toekn

* In the app, click your —> profile icon in the top right corner.
* Select Log Out.
* Fully quit the app:* macOS: Press Cmd + Q (closing the window alone leaves the app running).
* Windows: Right-click Trello in the system tray / taskbar and select Quit.

* Reopen the Trello app and sign back in with your Atlassian account.

Step 3: Check workspace/Board visibility from web

* Open the "To Do" board in a browser.
* In the top bar next to the board title, verify the visibility setting:* If it is set to Private and belongs to a Workspace, make sure your account on the app is using the exact same login email/identity as on the web.
* If you have multiple accounts or Workspaces, verify in the app's left sidebar that you are switched to the correct Workspace where the "To Do" board lives.
