Can't Log In To Trello

I use Trello every day for work.

Today I clicked the bookmark in my browser as usual and have been logged out and can no longer log in.

The email address I normally use to log in is not recognised, and I did not receive the password recovery email I requested.

I have now managed to create a new account using the same email address but do not have access to any of the boards I previously worked on.

I then tried the password recovery link again and it worked immediately.

I'd like to understand what could have happened.

For the client I work with, they can delete and re-add me to the organisation (my user is still visible there), but what about personal boards? Is there any change to access / recover them?

This feels very strange!

Hello @isla stewart

Could you try logging in through a private/incognito browser window at https://trello.com/login ? If you previously used Google or Microsoft to sign in, try that method too.

Ask also your client to check the username of your original account and compare it with your new one.

If they're different, your original account may still exist under another email address.
