Hello Atlassian team,
On October 12, 2026, at approximately 3:15 p.m. Pacific, I used “Delete View” to remove a newly created view in Jira Product Discovery. Afterward, all remaining views appeared empty, including “All ideas” and “Use Cases.”
I selected “Delete View”; I did not select and delete idea rows.
Here is what I have checked:
- Clearing the filters in “All ideas” did not bring the items back.
- Archived ideas shows 0 items.
- Recent is empty.
- A project-wide Jira search using JQL
project = MDP returns only MDP-1, “What are archived ideas?”
The project is named “My discovery project.” It previously contained numerous ideas and use cases representing substantial work.
Could an Atlassian staff member help determine whether this is a visibility/indexing issue or whether records were removed, and advise on recovery options? I have been unable to submit a technical support ticket through the support portal.
I can provide screenshots and site details privately if needed.
