Social Impact Discount / NGO in Sports can anyone help me how to set things up?

Hi everyone,

I had been in touch with customer service on a 1:1 this summer… now, after a very busy summer in sports events, I wanted to try again to apply the discount that we as an NGO sports oganisation are eligle for (which had been stated already). I moved boards so that they are now running via my organisation's e-mail address - but now what?

I cant continue with the free version..

And are a bit lost..

Can anyone help here?

Hi Tobi,

thanks for your support - we have already applied for nonprofits - and have received a positive feedback. But I did not find the spot where to post the code…

Since I am not on a premium membership I am not eligible to get into touch directly with the support - I can only use this wonderful community…

Are we here talking about Trello for nonprofits? Are you having an issue applying the discount code, or is something else the issue here?

Regarding the discount code, you should be able to apply it via

https://trello.com
