Receive no verification code emails since thursday

Question

I do not recieve any My API verification emails from atlassian. I do receive ticket updates.

I want to add a API token but i do not receive the verification code in my email. Can you check if it is being send?

We cannot check that, as we are just community members like you.

Please check Junk, blocked senders and mailbox rules, then select Resend on the verification screen. Atlassian provides these verification troubleshooting steps.

If nothing arrives, contact Atlassian account support and ask them to investigate verification-email delivery, including possible bounces or suppression. Share the affected address and the time of your latest attempt privately in the ticket.
