Ahoy there, fellow Atlassian Community member!

I've asked about your favorite chain stores before, but what about your favorite fast food chains? If you've got a penchant for satisfying your hunger quickly (maybe not healthily), how do you do that?

I'm in Amsterdam for Team '26 Europe now, and I can't even figure out IF a restaurant I'm passing is part of a franchise or not. 😂

Chick-fil-A and Raising Cane's are favorites in our household. And whenever we are in Sweden a stop at https://www.maxburgers.com/ is mandatory.

For me, it's McDonald's! 🍔

I know the quality can vary quite a lot between countries, but luckily for me, McDonald's in Croatia is actually really good. 😄

So whenever I'm travelling and see a McDonald's, I usually can't help but wonder how it compares to the one back home.

For me, I love/d (in no particular order):

White Castle, because
In-N-Out, Animal Style AND protein style
McDonald's - for their McNuggets, though usually outside of the States. Anyone try their garlic pepper McNuggets in the Netherlands? Ayyyyy
CAFE!N in Taiwan, for their drip coffee and "American" hot dog offering
Taco Bell, because I'm a trash panda sometimes 🥲

Oh, Culver's is good too! We only recently got one near me, but they're like Steak 'n Shake only way better. I love their chicken strips; the honey mustard sauce is so good.

I don't think we have any Croatia-exclusive items on the regular menu, but we do get some limited-time items that stay on the menu for a month or two before disappearing. 😄

That said, even the regular menu can vary quite a bit from country to country, and Croatian McDonald's is honestly one of the best I've tried so far! 🍔
