Trello phone app is acting really weird

My Trello boards on my phone aren't visible while they are on my computer. I've got a board full with all kinds of info on it and when I open it up in my phone it shows the lists but it's content says it has 0 content and I've seen about 3% of what's actually in there. It doesn't make any sense to me. Refreshing doesn't work, logging in again doesn't work, it just doesn't show the other 97% of my boards on my phone while it does show on my computers and Mac. Why is the app so weird?

This is a very common issue on the Trello mobile app. You could check for the below options:

1. Check if there is any active board filter:
   1. Open the board on your phone.
   2. Look at the top bar for a Filter icon (a funnel or magnifying glass). If it has a colored dot or indicator next to it, a filter is active.
   3. Tap the Filter icon.
   4. Tap "Clear All" (or deselect all labels, members, and keywords).
   5. Your cards should immediately reappear.
2. Sync issue
   1. On iPhone / iPad (iOS):
      1. Open the Trello app.
      2. Tap your Profile icon (bottom right or top corner) > Settings.
      3. Check under Sync settings to see if any sync errors or pending offline changes are listed.
      4. If that doesn't trigger a reload, uninstall the Trello app and reinstall it from the App Store. (Because all your data lives on the server, reinstalling forces the app to rebuild a clean local database with 100% of your cards).
   2. On Android:
      1. Close Trello.
      2. Go to your phone's Settings > Apps > Trello.
      3. Tap Storage & Cache.
      4. Tap Clear Storage (or Clear Data) and Clear Cache.
      5. Reopen Trello and log back in to pull a fresh copy from the cloud.
3. Account mismatch: If you have multiple emails or recently switched how you log in (e.g., standard email/password vs. "Continue with Google / Apple SSO"), the phone app may be logged into a secondary Atlassian profile that only has partial or guest access to the board:
   1. On your Mac/computer, go to your profile settings and check your exact username and email address.
   2. On your phone, tap your profile icon in Trello and verify that the email and username match character-for-character.
