Auto Save in Trello Web version. When Atlassian implement it? Lots of question since years.

Question

As in the subject. Is Atlassian going to finally implement Auto Save in Trello Web version?

I see many questions on the forum.

Would be nice that the user voice is heard and implement this decent improvement.

Benefits:

* Avoid losing unsaved data
* Avoid sync issues when document is being updated in one device, and on 2nd device but is not saved on both.. Then we have trouble and high possibility of losing data.

Hi Arek,

thank you for this. Though it is not the same feature as auto save eg. every 1-2 minutes.

Rafael suggestion is only: When closing the card in Trello browser or Exit Desktop app - which is risky when you was working on a card 1-2 hours and you didn't close Trello but powered off a computer or just got unexpected shutdown then you can loose your work.

My suggestion would be bullet proof solution.

How could I report it to a Jira board?

I understand your frustration, especially when working across multiple devices.

The feature is marked as "Gathering Interest" with no set implementation date. Be sure to save descriptions before switching devices to ensure synchronization. I recommend voting for the feature request to stay updated.
