Error Creating a workspace in Loom

Question

When I try to create a workspace in Loom, I keep getting an error that says "Something went wrong. Please try again.", and if I press enter again, I see "This is name has already been taken"

But then if I go to sign in again, I get requested to create and name a workspace again. What is causing this?
