Can't log in as Code email - and reset - is not arriving in my Hotmail

Also, I can't get support unless I log in but I need support cos I can't log in.

When logging in Trello sends a code you your registered email address. But it is not arriving in my Hotmail account (I have whitelisted Trello and Atlasssian senders)

Same with the reset email.

I'm totally locked out

Thanks for the advice. Unfortuntely the form requires an answer to "What is the site URL of your app within your organization?" But I don't have one of these for my Trello account

As Arkadiusz mentioned, you can open a ticket and you do not need to be logged in to open an official account recovery ticket with Atlassian. Atlassian provides an unauthenticated support channel specifically for login and lockout issues. Steps to open the ticket:

* Open a private/ incognito browser window.
* Go to the Atlassian Support.
* Under "What can we help you with?", select —> Account and login issues (or Can't log in).
* Select "I am not receiving the verification code / password reset email".
* When prompted for contact info:* Account Email: Enter your locked Hotmail address.
* Contact/Reachable Email: Enter an alternate, working email address (e.g., a Gmail address) where support can communicate with you directly.
