Please help me delete my free profile

I am trying to permanently delete my account but am blocked by the error: 'User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more non-cancelled subscriptions.' This is a free tier instance. Please manually terminate all active background entitlements and subscriptions so I can close my account.”

Hi @Katherine Conner

Some subscriptions, such as Rovo, require Atlassian’s help to remove.

Please contact Purchasing & Licensing Support and explain that account deletion remains blocked after cancelling everything you can access. Ask them to identify the remaining subscription behind the “last billing admin” error.

Include your site URL and screenshots of the entries you cannot remove in the private request. Community members can’t terminate those subscriptions for you.

I have done all of this and there are ghost pages still active that it will not allow me to remove

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

As the error states, you must cancel all your active subscriptions to delete your Atlassian account.

* Go to admin.atlassian.com
* If there are multiple sites, you need to check each one of them
* Go to Billing
* Find the active subscription and click on Manage
* Click on "..." and select cancel subscription
